We specialize exclusively in high-performance, enterprise-grade software development, API integrations, and cloud architectures.

• Mandatory 30% Advance Deposit: Before any design, coding, architectural planning, or development work begins, a **30% advance payment** of the total estimated project budget must be cleared by the client.
• Milestone Billing: The remaining 70% is structured into defined deliverables and milestones, invoiced incrementally as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Verification & Approvals: Payments must be made via authorized bank wire transfer or verified corporate accounts. Work commences only after the funds are successfully verified and cleared.

We follow a strictly structured policy regarding corporate refunds and project cancellations to maintain professional delivery standards:

• Advance Payments: The 30% advance payment is strictly non-refundable, as it is immediately allocated to secure resources, engineering hours, and architectural planning for your project.
• Milestone Payments: Once work on a specific milestone has commenced, any payments made towards that milestone are non-refundable.
• Cancellation Fee: If a project is cancelled by the client during development, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, in addition to any associated exit/licensing fees.

For software client engagements, we build enterprise solutions tailored to your requirements under the following terms:

• Scope of Work: Project deliverables, timelines, and milestones are strictly defined in the signed Project Scope / SLA. Any adjustments out of scope are subject to additional billable hours.
• Client Testing & Approval: Upon presenting a milestone release or demo build, the client has 5 business days to review and provide feedback. If no feedback is provided, the milestone will be deemed automatically approved.
• Deployment: Final project files, live build deployment, production server keys, and source code handoff will be executed only after 100% of the agreed contract amount is paid.

All custom systems built for our clients are governed by the following intellectual property terms:

• IP Transfer: Upon full project completion and 100% clearance of all project invoices, the specific custom source code, assets, and build files created for the client's project are completely transferred to the client, unless specified otherwise in an NDA.
• Proprietary Tooling: Tech Aur Code Solutions retains ownership of any pre-existing libraries, proprietary developer tools, and internal templates used to accelerate development, while granting the client an irrevocable license to use them within the deliverables.

Our enterprise services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for absolute perfection:

Tech Aur Code Solutions will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from software deployments, downtime, data loss, or third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, cloud database services, or external APIs).

We take extreme security precautions to minimize failures, but do not guarantee that the custom software will be completely uninterrupted or 100% bug-free once deployed on client-managed infrastructure.
