• Fee Verification: Enrollment is only finalized upon submission and validation of genuine payment proofs (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer receipts).
• Activation: Our admissions team manually reviews transactions. Accounts found using fake receipts or spoofed transactions will be permanently banned without notice, and we reserve the right to initiate legal actions.
• Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Student Dashboard credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

We follow a strictly structured policy regarding tuition refunds and project cancellations to maintain professional standards:

• Elite Courses: Once your admission has been approved and dashboard/lecture access has been granted, course fees are 100% non-refundable. Since our lectures and premium source codes are accessible immediately, refunds are not possible.
• Software Projects: For software development clients, advance deposits paid to start a project are milestone-specific and non-refundable. Cancellations during intermediate milestones are subject to payment for completed work.

For software client engagements, we build custom solutions tailored to your requirements under the following terms:

• Scope of Work: Project deliverables, deadlines, and milestones are strictly defined in the signed Project Scope Document. Any adjustments out of scope are subject to additional billable hours.
• Client Testing & Approval: Upon presenting a milestone release, the client has 5 business days to review and provide feedback. If no feedback is provided, the milestone will be deemed automatically approved.
• Deployment: Final project files, live build deployment, and production servers will be delivered and set up only after 100% of the agreed contract amount is paid.

All original materials on our platform are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws:

• Course Materials: All curriculum material, video recordings, live lectures, assignments, and boilerplate codes provided during courses are the exclusive intellectual property of Tech Aur Code Solutions. Any copying, reselling, or public sharing of these assets will result in immediate legal prosecution.
• Software Clients: Upon full project payment, the specific custom source code, assets, and build files created for a client's project are completely transferred to the client, unless specified otherwise in an NDA.

To maintain a healthy, professional learning community, all students must adhere to the following code of conduct:

• No Account Sharing: Sharing your Student Dashboard, lectures, or certificates with others is strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple concurrent IPs will cause automated system lockouts.
• Professional Interaction: Respectful, professional communication is required in all student discussion forums, groups, and direct chats with instructors. Bullying, spamming, or self-promotion will result in course expulsion.
• Plagiarism: While collaboration is encouraged, copying assignment codes verbatim from other students or external repositories without learning will lead to disqualification from certificate eligibility.

To maintain our institute's academic excellence and international standards, students must strictly abide by the following Rules & Regulations:

• Exam & Quiz Policies: A minimum passing score of 70% is required in each module test, quiz, and final exam to progress through courses and qualify for final certificate generation.
• Assignment Submissions: Weekly assignments must be submitted via the Student Dashboard on or before the specified deadline. Late submissions without prior instructor approval will be subject to a 20% mark deduction.
• Live Session Attendance: Active participation in live mentoring and Q&A sessions is highly recommended. Zoom and platform chats must remain strictly professional and focused on coding queries.
• Zero-Tolerance Abuse Policy: Any attempt to inject scripts, scrape platform content, perform SQL injections, or share copyrighted Tech Aur Code Solutions resources will lead to an immediate, non-refundable account termination and legal claims for damages.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for perfection:

Tech Aur Code Solutions will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website, software deployments, or third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, database services, or external APIs).

We do not guarantee that the student platform or customer software will be completely uninterrupted, timely, or 100% bug-free, although our engineers take extreme security precautions to minimize failures.
