Agreement Sections
Non-Disclosure & Data Security
At Tech Aur Code Solutions, protecting our clients' intellectual property and our company's proprietary data is our highest priority.
- Zero-Tolerance Data Leaks: Employees, developers, business developers (BDs), and contractors are strictly prohibited from sharing, exporting, or exposing client codebase files, database records, API keys, credentials, or proprietary software architectures.
- Security Protocols: No code or sensitive material may be transferred to personal email addresses, unapproved personal cloud accounts, or third-party storage devices. Use only authorized company repositories (e.g. GitHub/GitLab organizations) and secure communication channels.
- Immediate Consequences: Any unauthorized sharing or data leakage of proprietary company or client intellectual property constitutes a material breach of contract, resulting in immediate termination and active legal prosecution for damages.
Intellectual Property Rights
All creative works, codebases, designs, algorithms, patents, and business strategies developed during your tenure are owned solely by the company.
- Works Made for Hire: Any script, UI design, codebase block, documentation, or technical work produced by a member while contracted/employed is defined as a "Work Made for Hire" under intellectual property laws. All rights belong to Tech Aur Code Solutions immediately upon creation.
- Post-Employment Return: Upon resignation or termination, all local repositories, client files, designer assets, passwords, and equipment must be safely returned or securely wiped as instructed by management.
Branding & Profile Affiliation
Our team members represent the collective values, technical depth, and reputation of our brand in the global tech ecosystem.
- Mandatory Affiliation: Every team member (full-time, part-time, probation, project-based, or commission-based) is required to set up their professional networking profiles (including LinkedIn and GitHub) to explicitly state their current employment or contractual relationship with Tech Aur Code Solutions.
- Representation Guidelines: Social posts, public contributions, and resume representations referencing the company must remain professional, respectful, and fully aligned with the corporate standards of our firm.
Resignation & 30-Day Notice
We value project stability, client commitments, and seamless development handovers.
- Mandatory 30-Day Notice: Every team member is strictly required to submit a written resignation notice at least 30 days prior to their intended final working day. This notice period is mandatory to ensure project handoff, code walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer.
- Sudden Resignations / Abandonment: Abruptly leaving the team or abandoning assigned projects without serving the 30-day notice is a violation of contract.
- Legal Redress: Tech Aur Code Solutions reserves the right to take legal action, seek damages, and withhold any pending payments, commissions, or clearance certificates for any member who abandons their duties without the required notice.
Non-Compete & Conflict
To prevent conflicts of interest, all members must respect the proprietary market domain of Tech Aur Code Solutions.
- Lead Confidentiality: Employees must not solicit or conduct independent freelance projects with clients, prospects, or leads acquired through Tech Aur Code Solutions.
- Non-Compete: During the term of agreement, developers and BDs must not operate or provide services to any competing IT enterprise in a manner that causes a conflict of interest with their duties to our firm.
